So we traveled to Arkadelphia for a Ouachita Singers / Flight 1420 plane crash 10-yr reunion. I really can't believe its been 10 years! It was such a wonderful day...almost the entire group showed up for it with their growing families from all over the country (and Egypt--from the mission field!). We visited and heard very moving speeches from Kristin Maddox Cheng and Dr. Fuller. We took lots of pictures together, then pulled out all of our old sheet music and sang our songs from the chior trip preceeding the plane crash. It was very emotional to sing together, for lots of us. Such a great moment. That evening we had a cook-out at the Fuller's home and got to meet all the kiddos. I think Blake was one of the youngest there...lots of people had 3 or 4 kids! WOW!! So below are some pictures from that great day.
ALSO below are some pictures from our quick trip to Little Rock so that Blake could meet his great-grandparents (we love you Daddy Bill and Poodle!!) and see other family and friends as well. LOTS of pictures in this posting, so watch out! =)
Kristen- Great trip to AR. Can't believe that it has been 10 years already. I can only imagine how cool it was for you guys to all sing together again. Thanks for sharing the pics. Love ya and Miss ya!
