Mothers Day!

For my first Mothers Day with Blake, it was extra special to have his baby dedication at church! Some of our family members were able to come celebrate with us. It was a great day! =)

This is his new favorite sleeping position. We know he's really sleepy when he stretches back his arms and tucks them behind his head (like he's lying on a beach somewhere soaking up the sun).

So this is Nelson. Nelson has adopted us (and our Holly Tree in the front yard) as his new home, and we've enjoyed seeing him each day. Thought it deserved being on the blog. =) Recently Nelson has had a girlfriend around who is a bit more skiddish when she sees us. He could care less if we're around. Dakota, who is always on point when she sees squirrels, now knows that Nelson is always there and gets bored with him. We'll point him out, and she'll just turn around and go take a nap.
