The Blakester

We are SO excited to have a 4-day weekend! At Ouachita, I think we only had Friday off for Easter, but Howard Payne has Friday AND Monday off. Woo-hoo! So first thing on my agenda was to catch up on some Blake time. =) We took lots of pictures and videos this morning, so here it goes.

I wanted to be sure and capture Blake with this GORGEOUS blanket that Janie Jones made for us. Such a beautiful gift! Its so soft--we love it!

These pictures are from Blake during his "tummy time," which didn't last too long today. =)

We helped him sit up and practice holding his head up. He's at the stage where he just flails around. Notice the flailing below. =)

Dakota wanted to get in on the fun--this is just after she reached back and landed a big wet kiss on Blake's head.

Awwww.....look at those eyes. What a sweetie.

Here are a couple of our videos--hopefully they'll work! The first one shows off his strong neck muscles (although he was much more interested in eating at the time). Notice the sqeaking! He's definitely been more vocal lately. He squeaks, squeals, and just yells out "uh!" for no reason. So cute. The second video is mostly for Blake's grandparents--I'm sure everyone else will think its boring. =) He is just chillin out, listening to Dalton play with Dakota.
