Spoons and empty boxes

We decided to see how Blake would do on his own with a spoon and some yogurt, and turns out he's pretty good at it! =) He LOVES LOVES LOVES yogurt, so this was a good food to try with it. He learned the dunk and eat move pretty quickly, but often forgot to keep the spoon away from his hair and face in between. I didn't care...he was loving every bit of it. =)

So I forgot to sit him in the chair for his 12 month pictures...and we've already passed 13 months by over a week, but oh well! I did them this weekend anyway. This was an interesting photo shoot, to say the least. He is definitely more mobile now...he's a little wiggle worm that has a hard time sitting still and smiling for the camera. =) Regardless, I think they turned out pretty cute. I saved the "normal" one for last.

And finally, I couldn't help but grab the camera this morning when he started to play with the empty diapers box. I've been told that babies only need empty boxes, not real presents...this might be why.

All tuckered out. =) What a precious little man. Love him.
